Welcome to Z Fragra. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of www.zfragra.com, including all purchases made through the website. By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Z Fragra

Z Fragra is an online fragrance store offering perfumes and related fragrance products in Pakistan. Throughout these Terms, “Z Fragra,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Z Fragra, while “you” and “customer” refer to the website visitor or purchaser.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or use the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Fragrance Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, fragrance notes, and other information accurately. However:

  • Product colours and packaging may appear slightly different depending on your screen or may change without notice.
  • Fragrance perception, performance, projection, and longevity may vary according to skin type, weather, application, storage, and personal preference.
  • Fragrance notes and descriptions are provided for general guidance and do not guarantee that every customer will experience the scent in the same way.

4. Orders

Placing an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted. An order is confirmed only after Z Fragra verifies and accepts it.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Incorrect pricing or product information;
  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer details;
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
  • Delivery limitations; or
  • Any other reasonable operational or legal reason.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the available payment method.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.

We may update prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not normally affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Customers must pay using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Z Fragra is not responsible for additional charges imposed by banks, payment services, or other third-party providers.

6. Discount Offers and Promotions

Discounts, promotional codes, free-delivery offers, and special campaigns:

  • Are valid only during the stated promotional period;
  • May apply only to selected products or order values;
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted; and
  • May be withdrawn or amended where reasonably necessary.

7. Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated period communicated at checkout or during order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote locations, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be resent due to incorrect information, refusal to receive the parcel, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Ownership and risk in the products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

8. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your parcel promptly after receiving it. If the product is damaged, leaking, defective, missing, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs, an unboxing video, the order number, packaging images, and other reasonable evidence before approving a replacement or refund.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene, safety, and product-integrity requirements, opened, sprayed, used, or tampered perfume products cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

An unopened product may be considered for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original sealed condition;
  • The original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice are available;
  • The product was not purchased during a non-returnable clearance promotion; and
  • The return is approved by Z Fragra before it is sent back.

Change-of-mind return delivery costs will normally be paid by the customer. If Z Fragra supplied an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, reasonable return or replacement delivery costs will be covered by us.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed through an available and appropriate payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment provider, or method originally used.

Original delivery charges and third-party payment charges may be non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Products returned without prior approval may not qualify for a refund.

11. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the return conditions stated above will apply.

Z Fragra reserves the right to restrict Cash on Delivery or future orders for customers who repeatedly place and refuse orders without a valid reason.

12. Product Use and Safety

Perfumes are intended for external use only.

  • Avoid contact with eyes and irritated or broken skin.
  • Keep perfume away from children, flames, heat, and direct sunlight.
  • Store products in a cool and dry place.
  • Stop using the product if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical advice.

Customers should review the product information and ingredients where available before use. Z Fragra is not responsible for individual sensitivities or misuse of a product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

13. Website Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or close an account that is used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including the Z Fragra name, logos, graphics, product photographs, text, designs, videos, icons, and website layout, is owned by or licensed to Z Fragra and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

15. Prohibited Use

You must not use the website to:

  • Commit fraud or any unlawful activity;

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We aim to keep the website accurate, secure, and available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

Changes will apply from the date of publication and will not normally affect confirmed orders placed before that date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Customers are encouraged to contact Z Fragra first so that we can attempt to resolve any complaint fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Punjab, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
